In your relationships, you may notice distance, repeated conflict, or a longing to feel close again. No matter how hard you try, you can’t help yourself. Wherever you are, you don’t have to navigate it alone. When you come to see me, we’ll dive down into intensive work. We’ll meet together weekly and get clear on a shared vision that inspires you, work through the barriers, and teach you the skills to keep you strong long after therapy. In therapy, you will learn to reclaim your life that you are capable of living.
