Hi, I'm Liliana, an online anxiety therapist who speaks English and Spanish and is culturally responsive. In my online office, you will feel supported, safe, and cared for.

During our sessions, we will dive deep into focused work to help you find balance, all within a warm and supportive therapeutic environment. We will work together to find a motivating vision for you. Then we will meet every week to work on your goal. If you ever feel stuck, we will tap into your strengths to overcome obstacles and learn how to maintain progress in the long run. Through therapy, you will regain control of your life and live without anxiety controlling you. My practice is safe for the immigrant and LGBTQ+ community.
